They're not cheap, but at that point, you should have more money than you need anyway.ДЄnother good way to get them is to convert empty grand soul gems into black soul gems, since they're filled with human souls, which are always grand (just be careful with soul trap, since a black soul gem can trap a lesser creature soul too, just like any other soul gem). I think it's level 14, you can buy grand soul gems filled with grand souls. Check with any of the mages guild alchemists or at the Mystic Emporium in the Market District.
